What can I write about painting; I imagine that anything I say or
think will be truly obsolete. Painting, for both the artist and the expectant, is an
approach to the world of the subconscious; it pulls from the essence of the artist’s soul
and the deep desire of representing something beyond reality. The representation
marries the accumulated concepts of personal stories mixed together with a supreme
obsession of one’s personal search. The artist represents not only his own time period,
but also his state of social madness, which is not always matched by his environment.
In this sense, the painter shows no more than his own story.
Sculpture: my biggest challenge in life, the work that binds me to the earth and its multiple viewpoints. Sculpture is not only one side of a piece, it is multiple sides in which each can speak to us about something different, or the synthesis of a whole - the multiplicity within unity. Similar to painting having been born to receive admiration, sculpture goes beyond the vision sensor and interacts not only with the artist, but with the viewer. In its three-dimensionality it forces us to move and within this movement, enter into the dance of multiple perspectives and interpretations.
For me, photography is the closest connection there is between reality and an artist’s intention, as its essence cannot survive without real motives, in some cases they are modified by the photographer's eye. The moment we press click takes us to a studied and stolen goal instantly from the present and to then be admired in an expectant future. A photo is not only a closet of memories, but also the freshness of time and its multiple viewpoints. The photographer plays with emotions, arousing the waiting fantasy of one moment, resulting in it any number of different emotions.
At first, writing about myself caused a great internal conflict since the struggles of egos leaves little room for a realistic contribution to what one is as a person. My first intention was to ask people to write about me, and after some time I’d like to thank the people who did - they’ll be able to read their texts on this page. Briefly, I tell you a little about myself: I’m the daughter of an artist and a madman, the mother of three beautiful children, the sister of four beautiful women and two courageous men, the wife and lover of a wonderful man and above everything I’m a friend. Through this space, my intent is for visitors to feel that; a deep friendship intertwined with art, poetry and astrology.
